How Duoniva subscriptions will be billed when they are offered, and what the prices on the website mean today.
1. Nothing is for sale yet
Duoniva is coming soon. We do not sell a subscription on this website, and the iPhone app is not yet offered in the App Store. Dollar amounts on the marketing site are examples for the design. They are not a price, a quote, or an offer.
2. When a subscription exists
A paid Duoniva plan, when it is offered, is intended to be an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple through In-App Purchase. Apple is the seller of that transaction. Apple's payment terms, taxes, and receipts apply. We do not store your full card number.
One subscription is intended to cover both people in the connected couple. It does not cover a second couple or a different space.
The price, currency, length, and what is included will be shown in the app before you confirm the purchase. That screen, not the design examples on the website, is the offer.
3. Renewal and cancellation
An App Store subscription renews until you cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not by itself delete your account or your content. Deletion is described in Account & data deletion.
If a payment fails, Apple may retry it or end the subscription under Apple's rules. Access to paid features can stop when the subscription ends. The free space, if one is still offered, remains available under the Terms of Service.
